The team behind It’s Pleat is a group of creative experts within the fields of food, service and design. Victoria Nordström is the creative mind behind the menu and the experience assocciated with It’s Pleats food and drink concept.
The commission covers several aspects of menu development such as assortment definition, cost and operations efficiency, food trends and food styling.
With years of experience as a stylist, a strong personal interest in food and a background in fashion, Victoria became the ideal candidate to cover creative responsibility for food & beverage development.
Pleat Café, a part of H&M group, is a green and healtyish food concept developed by creative Victoria Nordström.
